Government: The Israeli Government is much different from ours. In Israel the Parliment elects the president, but in the U.S.A the people elect the president. The Israeli President is also called the Nasi. In Israel the Parliment is called the Knesset (nes-et). In 1969, Golda Meir became Israels 1st and only female Prime Minister.
She was Prime Minister for 5 years.

Salat Gezer (carrot salad) Recipe

.3 carrots grated (about 2 cups)
.juice of 1-2 oranges, about 1\2 of a cup
.juice of 1 lemon, about 1\4 of a cup
.1\4 cup honey
.fresh mint leaves

Put carrots in a bowl. Stir in juices and honey. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with mint before serving.

Grand parents/special friends day.

Dear journal, next Friday at my school we are having a grand parents/special friends day. I am going to invite my cousins Erik & Tyler. The reason I am inviting them is because they are my cousins. They are also some of my best friends. They are very fun to be around. Tyler knows alot about Star Wars. I think he has seen all the episodes.

There will also be a science fair hosted by the juinor high.

One time I was lucky was lucky was when I asked my mom if I could have a sleep over at my friend Brandon's house every other week. And believe it our not, she said YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!She even said I was aloud to play Star Wars Battlefront II!

When I was inside the golf bag with my friends a giant hand grabed me! Then it set me dow'n and picked up this big club and smacked me faster than you can say Beef Jerkey!

Hillary Sympathy

Since Hillary's brother died of cancer, we made Sympathy cards for her. On mine was a red flower with the words "peace" & "love beneath it. On the inside I wrote the words, "He will always be with you." On the back I put my name Em (for short). Last week we had to write something someone did for us that was nice on a big sheet of paper.
